袁登越

个人简介
袁登越,博士,永利3044集团官网副教授。主要从事鱼类重要性状形成与适应性演化研究。近年来,聚焦于鱼类重要经济性状的遗传解析、适应性进化分子机制及非模式鱼类基因编辑工具开发等方向。主持及参与国家自然科学基金、国家重点研发计划子课题、重庆市自然科学基金等多个科研项目。迄今以第一作者或通讯作者在International Journal of Biological Macromolecules、GigaScience、Aquaculture Reports等国际期刊发表SCI论文20余篇,参编教育部新农科“101计划”核心教材1部。研究成果曾获中国水产科学研究院科技进步三等奖。

主讲《鱼类增养殖学》《渔业装备与信息化》等课程的理论与实验教学。
三、科学研究
研究方向
1.鱼类重要经济性状的遗传基础:结合基因编辑、分子生物学及多组学技术,解析鱼类重要经济性状的遗传机制,创制优良新种质。
2.鱼类适应性进化的分子机制:运用基因组、单细胞转录组、代谢组等多组学手段,揭示鱼类对环境适应的遗传与调控网络。
3.非模式鱼类基因编辑工具开发:致力于开发适用于水产动物的单碱基编辑、表观遗传修饰等新型基因组编辑工具。
